Problem is I don't know if ventress can hold off Ulic. If she can then team 2 as I believe Dooku could defeat malgus and then Ulic and ventress combined are defiantly enough to take Ulic down.
Team 1 stomps. While Dooku can fend off Malgus (albeit in a losing battle) Ventress will get curbed in short order by Ulic. Tyranus doesn't have a chance in hell against Malgus and Ulic.
Ventress has held her own against Anakin without getting curbed in sabers, so Ulic isn't curbing her by any definition. Sabers only favors the more skilled team, which is team 2.
Its Ulic against Dooku anyway and Malgus fighting Ventress
