Aryn takes sabers. Being a virtual peer of Malgus >> fighting a close match with LOTF Tahiri Vella/killing a few straggling Lost tribe Sith iirc.
Force favors Leia due to greater potential, greater telekinetic showings, etc.
All out: Not sure. I don't recall how often Leia chooses to opt for sabers, but it could go either way

Leia mostly fights in sabers, but she's demonstrated greater physicals and pretty good tactical ability in fights. She's definitely not as skilled but at the same time she's also definitely more powerful. And she does use her blaster in tandem with her lightsaber at times.
