Revan is canonically stated to be above Nihilus.
Yoda is above Vitiate
Malgus and Krayt are very close, but I'd ultimately probably give the win to Krayt.

I like Yoda and Krayt against any of their matchups, but I don't envy Revan, esp against N.

R vs. Malgus is probably the closest to a fair matchup and even there I'd side with Malgus. (pending info from ToR that I don't know anything about)
