Season 3 rebels episode 6 SOD Maul and TCW Bariss Offee team up against Darth Vader, with hopes to be the new apprentice. Could be an actual episode on Rebels or comics.
While we haven't seen Rebels Vader fight at his full capacity yet, SOD Maul should be able to prove enough of a challenge. I guess it comes down to Barriss being enough or not.

Vader. Barris, isn't good enough and get ragdolled by Vader's force powers, and Maul really can't hold a candle to Vader's powers either. While we don't know the specifics of Vader's abilities, we know enough about him afterward, seeing as this is possibly his prime, or close to it, so we have a good foundation.
