Wrath is better than Ulic imo and DE Luke won't beat Vitiate.

I think RoT Bane would beat Malgus too but I understand why people disagree.

DE Luke is good enough to disarm (quite literally) DE Sidious, though

Ulic is a peer of Exar in sabers. Not sure if Wrath II is.

And Bane dies, as usual.
