Greetings once again everyone. This time I bring you a fight that, unlike those that cross the threshold of time by thousands of years, may have had the slimmest chance of actually occurring in a "what if"/alternate universe sense.
This fight will have a bit of a special premise, in that each character will have their morals on as they were before their duel on-board the Invisible Hand. However, in this scenario Kenobi has not been regains consciousness just as the duel ends, and Dooku is not... disarmed. *cough* Anyways, Kenobi intervenes and this results in Anakin sparing the Count, who betrays his Master by revealing his identity, and a fight ensues. Thus the characters will have their morals, but for the sake of the battle existing, these courses of action will have been taken regardless of how likely/unlikely.
As always, all opinions/thoughts are appreciated and I hop you all enjoy!
So if everyone's in-character, Anakin will probably be either conflicted or outraged about Palpatine being his opponent. This is before he starts having visions of Padme's death, however, so it may very well be the latter.
In Palpatine's case, he'd probably rather not kill Anakin; he's his trophy. He'd probably gamble on taking him alive.
And all of this is irrelevant, because unless we're looking at this from a purely canonical standpoint, Sidious is probably just too much.

Well with everything that was said in the OP, that means Anakin can't beat Dooku yet. So everyone at that level of power, Anakin isn't a 9 yet. So really I think Sidious takes this.
Kenobi is a non actor.
I agree with Newguy. Anakin is going to be conflicted in this and he definitely doesn't want to kill Sidious. However he doesn't know that Sidious can save Padme yet or supposedly can. So its hard to say how Anakin will fight. However Sidious will rag doll him as to keep him out the fight. so really this becomes a Dooku vs Sidious in which the answer is Sidious.

Well if he could have defeated Dooku before the. Without going into his force rage mode why is it Dooku was handling him? It seemed as if Dooku had a slight advantage of they were pretty even.

Ok then with that being said, Sidious still wins. It's an all out competition, and Sidious is going up against 3 top duelist. He will get rid of Anakin and Obi wan with the force quickly then Dooku will be defeated.
Indeed, to make it a bit clearer in case I was off about it, Kenobi regains consciousness in that handful of seconds Anakin hesitates before slaying the Count. Whom in this scenario still has his hands and all, but Sidious has already played his "Dew eet" hand, and Kenobi stops Anakin's hand. The rest should be fairly obvious.
Hope that helps to clear any misunderstandings up.
The movie doesn't show Dooku dominating either. It shows them hitting each other until Dooku dies. The novel is the only thing that gives any insight into what's actually going on.
The novel has Anakin completely dominating until Dooku talks shit about his mom, then they were fighting on even ground. Doesn't change that Anakin is definitely skilled enough to take on Dooku. It's nonsense to think that he needs to be "in the zone." to do so, especially while TCW is a thing.
Doesn't say Anakin was going to lose either. Just that Dooku was able to fend him off at that point. So a Stalemate was implied at that point.
What that does mean however is that Dooku's issue with Anakin wasn't his WEAKNESS TO DJEM SO'S KINETIC POWAH... Because he was still using Djem So when Dun Moch'd.
