Zannah. Krayt's lightning and TK won't do shit. He can't get past her lightsaber and use Dark Transfer. Him being a stronger duelist doesn't really matter since he can't penetrate her defense. He'll tire or Zannah will charge up her mental attack and obliterate his mind. Resisting memory walk doesn't make you immune to mental attacks. Zannah was confident a charged up spell would have defeated Bane, which is likely true given the effects a stand spell had on him. Bane is already mentally stronger than Krayt, he has no hope of resisting her full power.
I'm pretty sure he can get past her saber defenses May take some doing, but he's strong and skilled. Also, he's got force attacks of his own to throw in, which he's known to mix up with his style.
Resisting mental attack doesn't make him *immune* to mental assault, but it does mean he is very, very, very well protected and I don't think Zannah can get through. Krayt's passed through death and grew mentally stronger for it.
