I'd say Harth. Contending with Cognus while having his connection to the force weakened is pretty impressive. That, and he did do well against Zannah but she was mostly Toying with him.

Still, it's interesting to note that the Inquisitor doesn't share her mastery of Soresu so that's a factor.

Still Set Harth. He's fast, strong and a good margin more powerful than Greg.
