Seventh Sister ain't really a scrub.

Quick, agile, and deadly, the Seventh Sister was strong with the dark side and one of the Empire's elite Jedi hunters - SW.com

She seems like she's pretty decent to me at least.

Anyways, I think Koth is still above Kanan & Ezra by quite a ways still. Fending off Grievous while wounded impressed me quite a bit, and his pain tolerance is also very impressive.

The 7th Sister probably is elite at hunting high level Padawans or less. Rebels Ahsoka should be about low to mid Knight level. A lot of people overrate her though.

Okay, fair points. But I wouldn't say she's high master level in Rebels YET. Remember, she was fighting Inquisitors. They aren't that good. But yes, TCW Ahsoka is talented. While the two examples are impressive Force feats, neither Grievous or Ventress were trying to kill her in either of their fights. But yes, I guess she is low Knight level by season 5.
