Krayt is more skilled. Nox's best skill feat is lasting a decent degree of time against Arcann in KOTFE. Krayt's is being a hard fight for ROTS Kenobi, decades before his prime as a Sith Lord.
Nox might be a really hard fight for Krayt in a Force contest though, one Nox can win.

Definitely Krayt in sabers; but Nox fairly comfortably in Force. All out I'd say it would be Nox from her Force defenses and unbelievable persistance to... well not die.
