Soa is too much of a mixed bag to really debate with. One one hand he's apparently some uber guy who can make spawns that can solo armies and the Rakatan army, a species far more advanced than the TOR Republic and Sith Empire, which can create weapons that "Shake Continents" and destroy planets by turning them into prison planets, couldn't kill Soa. They had to imprison him on some world that contained weaponry that can destroy star systems.
On the other hand he was taken out by the TOR protagonists, who while powerful in their own right, don't come off to me that they can dish out capital ship levels of firepower and what-not.
