With the captives, Malak technically gets recovery between the rounds if he needs it.

He has 5 rounds of recovery, which is pretty good since the first few are one-sided slaughters on a nexus as potent as the Star Forge. AotC Anakin should be a bit higher.
1. Depends on where he uses his five Jedi juiceboxes, but if he doesn't need them for the first 11 (except Anakin), then he could make it up to round 15, but no further.
2. Depends on how much he tires, really. If Anakin's in a decent state of mind, he stops there.
3. Same as 1, really.
4. Ventress, probably.

AotC Anakin might be a hard stop for him if he's not on the Star Forge.
