Only Anakin has a chance of stopping them, which he does if everyone is fighting at their best. Though I think under dynamic story-related circumstances Anakin could lose, e.g Anakin is involved in something sketchy, Windu sends the team to retrieve him, Anakin gets caught cold/tries to reason with them and just loses in saber combat.

Yeah, Dooku can easily beat them 2 vs 1 and just needs to get some TK in at the beginning.

Dooku could potentially win out a majority, yeah. He's better specialized for this kind of engagement than Anakin is, despite the rather sizable disparity in power between the two.
