This amped Sidious could probably defeat Yoda and Windu, Obi Wan, Kyp and Jaina, or base-level Luke, but add anyone in the team to either of those three groups and he dies.

I'm actually not sure if they can find a way to actually damage Palpatine with all this cover in mid of a FTL combat going on.

He actually could probably take Windu, Kyp, Kenobi and Jaina, or maybe even Luke and one of them except for Yoda.
In this context though Luke would probably repeat his super-saiyan thing and one-shot him.
