Canon ESB Luke isn't quite as good, I don't think. There's also no gap between ANH and ESB Vader, it seems, so Luke should lose quite decisively.
For Legends, he's at least putting up a very good fight before he falls.

Kenobi should win all three. He's way more experienced (fighting, Force-use, etc.) than Luke, who by this time is a couple years off the farm.

I believe Vader is stated to have grown in power and/or skill from ANH to ESB though I could be wrong.
