Well, in fairness, that part with the TK knocking back the soldiers and the Protection Bubble absorbing the blaster fire - Allusis is by himself there, it seems, against all those Imperial soldiers, which we can infer were all killed by him. Take it as you wish. But he was leading several dozen of the Order's finest Knights, so he's probably pretty good.
