He never one-shotted Arcann though.

He knocked him down for a short amount of time erm

Even if you use Valk's power against Arcann, he holds it off for a short time, until Valk goes All-Out, of course.

Revan is enough to be a mid-difficulty threat on his own.

Uhh, he literally tired out Arcann by deflecting his lightsaber strikes with the utmost ease, then proceeded to put him out of commission/at his mercy. Dude's not worthy to lick his dad's shimmering boots.

Except that Valkorion was expressly weakened when Arcann, "held it off." Valkorion is so laughably above Arcann it's not even funny.

Not really. Revan isn't taking Valkorion's lightning, and Arcann is a non-factor.
