Kyle would certainly take Shan, but Desann would prolly lose to her. Malgus, however, is noticeably above anyone on team 1, so they should win.

If this were Outcast!Kyle and Desann vs Hope!Satele and Malgus, Team 1 would win. However, at all of their respective peaks, team 2 holds the decisive advantage.
