Mace wins this for his team. Ki-Adi wouldn't last too long against Maul, but he can last very long against Asajj. On the other hand, neither from team 2 can hope to best Windu, and Asajj's resistance against Mace Windu going all out would be insignificant, far worse than Mundi's fight against either darksider.
