Hmm. Dark Starkiller by a hair, based on nothing but a gut feeling.

Dark Starkiller > Galen Marek, so I'm going with him.

Sith Stalker SK was noted by Sidious to have been a waste of potential, while Dark SK is basically a focused SK, who already has feats that eclipse Galen Marek. I doubt any growth Galen would have achieved in his Sith Stalker form makes up for the difference in power between the two.

Idk, Sith Stalker seems to have grown in power, and is able to solidly defeat Ben Kenobi
and ESB Luke (which is more impressive considering he received some sort of power boost mid-fight).

While also performing feats on a higher level then originally did, not only is he just as powerful as he was when he killed Vader, but he's also learned how to use his powers in new and different ways, so not only is he just as powerful (or more), but he's also more versatile then when he killed Vader.

Btw, I didn't see anything from Dark Starkiller that rivaled Galen Marek, who was able to take on Vader. Dark Starkiller's best feat is beating Leia Organa, who we can't quantify.

The thing about looking at these characters is that it's impossible to quantify anything about them without making assumptions, like how powerful was Luke when he turned to the DS, how powerful is jedi Leia? Just comparing feats for these two characters isn't enough.

When you compare the characters themselves, you can a stark difference however; as Lord Starkiller is being operated on, Sidious laments the wasted potential. We can conclude that Lord Starkiller, while powerful, cannot ever hope to grow as powerful as he could have as Galen Marek. Meanwhile, we have a identical clone of Galen Marek in the form of the Dark Apprentice, who has had from the beginning of ANH to ROTJ to improve. The Dark Apprentice, being a clone, has Galen's potential, and the implied parity with Starkiller, who we've seen perform ridiculous feats. This in addition to the experience he would have gained in the time leading up to his slaying of Leia just makes the gap between them too large. It's like if someone made a clone of ROTS Anakin, turned him to the DS, sent him on missions for several years, then pitted him against Vader. Vader would get murked.

Lord Starkiller lost no power, potential, maybe.

But as far as power goes, he is at least as powerful as Marek was when he defeated Vader.

With the exception of being an overall better combatant thanks to his versatility.

We can't quantify Leia, of course. But we do know that Luke, as of his fight with Starkiller, was in fact ESB Luke, we also know that Luke got a power boost of some sort, mid-fight, yet still lost to Starkiller, it was barely a battle.

Starkiller, quite frankly, was far ahead of him, as can be plainly seen in the quicktime events.

As if that wasn't impressive enough, Starkiller previously defeats Ben Kenobi, once in human form, and then in Ghost Form, without even using his saber (Kenobi in this stage can only be affected by Force Powers).

The thing is, we never see the Dark Apprentice reach that potential, so we can't speculate on a Full-Potential Dark Apprentice, only what we see in the TFU II DLC, and honestly, Lord Starkiller shows more power, and has defeated greater opponents, which is added to the fact that he IS the original Galen Marek.
