Malgus easily stomps any duo; his lightsaber affinity is at the absolute list on par with Jaina, and his Force power is something no Jedi can respond to in the slightest, he could ragdoll any Jedi here. With that skillset, he takes any duo easily, and can quite easily take out a good trio too (tho probably not Jaina, Mara and Kyle).
Barsen'thor, on the other hand, stomps anybody 1 on 1. He can kill anybody except Kenth, Mara and Kyle at any moment he wants with the Force.
Same goes for Satele.
Thanaton stomps anybody 1 on 1 with his Force power, sans Kenth.
Marr stomps anybody 1 on 1, and can take most dual-configurations, most of them very easily.
Same goes for Scourge.

Deceived Malgus ~ around RotS Dooku Illum Malgus ~ by scaling, at least ESB Vader
His feats and accolades support that.
Note that Malgus has some ridiculous showings even pre-Deceived, such as blasting several tons of rubble from himself and following to burn holes in a fully trained Jedi Knight that had his defenses up, with his lightning, while almost fatally injured in Aldeeran.

Dooku was amped. Vader's good all around but difficult to exactly quantify in TFU. Deceived Malgus holding back a ship with it's engines at full power (that can accelerate at dozens or hundreds of G's) is potentially superior to Vader's cathedral and certainly superior to anything Dooku did without amps. And that's still deceived Malgus.
