Were this in a similar setting to An'ya's fight with Vader, Luminara would get stomped.
As it stands however, I fail to see the martial or telekinetic feats that are going to pierce Luminara's defenses, so on the wide plains of Lothal, I'd side the green woman over the dark woman.
