Hindered to an unknown degree, maybe. Most of GG's jobber feats have been explained away, and even then what has Desann done with a blade that puts him above jobber General?

Also, quote me on Shii-Cho being good against a single opponent wielding multiple weapons, rather than multiple opponents.
