Starkiller. Power wise,, vodo suffers from a lack of tk feats though influencing Jedi Kun from across the galaxy is pretty impressive power wise. You could also make an argument about his ability to match kun's augmentation despite being far inferior physically though it would be speculatively.
In fact given starkiller's use of dual blades, he could stomp given that even Jedi Kun(who at this point was outclassed by vodo skill wise) could beat vodo by virtue of dual blade use.
