You've used him in a lot more than just these two.
Not really. All we know is that he's stronger than Bane etc. and weaker than Tenebrous (probably by a fair distance), and he tore a rend in the Force under unspecified circumstances. We've only a vague outline of how powerful he is. How do we know anything about how he fights?

We know he has the Force abilities of his predecessors including Time Manipulation and stuff like that, and we also know that he taught Tenebrous everything he knows about lightsaber combat, who in turn taught Plagueis who taught Sidious. So he should be relativistic to Sidious and Yoda as a duelist.

I suspect his morals would negate the use of most of those powers (I mean the esoteric ones like time manipulation and so on). That we've never seen Tenebrous, Plagueis or Sidious manipulate time in any meaningful way ever, let alone in fights, is particularly telling. That stuff really isn't worth mentioning here.
And where do you draw the line for the saber teachings? Unless you think Bane's saber knowledge was simply carried on down to Sidious, making Bane a master of everything. At some point or other, the Banite Lords decided to go above and beyond what their master had taught them and go the extra mile in learning additional techniques, styles etc. Tenebrous, as a combat enthusiast and someone who had well over the average human's lifespan as Dark Lord after killing his master, could have been one example.
