Valkorian capable of creating a Galaxy wide Ritual, which indicates his level of power.

It's living aka it's connected to the force.
Its sealed in a planet meaning, it's not even 1 millionth the size of a sun, aka it would have some sort of protection.

It's a logical assumption to assume it is as there is literally no other being shown within SW lore, to do such without the force.
