Executor super star destroyer vs. The Eternal Fleet
An Executor class super star destroyer commanded by Darth Vader
vs.
Zakuul's entire eternal fleet. (No force users)
They start on opposite ends of the orbit of Yavin IV. No supply limitations, no playing cat-and-mouse to game the vs. constraints, no hyperspace jumps.
Who wins?

yeah, it's probably not, it's shields would be overwhelmed by the sheer magnitude of energy hitting it's shields, unless you are willing to propose it's shields are stronger than, thousands of ship's with energy cores far superior to KOTOR ship energy reactors that produce planet level energies.(meaning the turbo blasters will be giving off a fair decent amount of energy)

The introduction of Isotope-5 as an energy source for the Imperials still did absolutely fvck all for the tech gap that the Eternal Fleet's Iokath design has. Given Isotope-5 single-handedly allowed the Empire to rebalance the war after the Republic kicked the living sh!t out of it in vanilla SWTOR, then yeah, the Executor is getting utterly spited.

"Remember the four wrecked Republic ships you passed earlier? Each of them contains an active power core that can be turned into an energy source for a planet-shattering explosion. You must take control of the little remote droid and pilot it to each of the four ships to bring them online."
In no way or form a single vessel can defeat an entire Empire, no matter how advanced. There are two many variables and an Empire will find a way to take it down.
