Can any Star Wars character even touch Witchblade?

I've been discussing this elsewhere and wondered if any Force user has the feats to compete.

Conditions:
Sara Pezzini incarnation.
All Witchblade/Anime/Cross-over feats applicable.
Her opponent is a Force user of your choosing, no god-like entities.

Rules:
Starting distance: 40 meters.
Neutral ground.
All-out.

I see no reason why a high tier Force user like Luke or Sidious couldn't touch the thing.

The respect thread you linked is both fairly extensive and, to me at least, quite abstract in its description of feats and comic images provided. Perhaps you could elaborate on why you think that Witchblade seemingly can beat everyone in SW, and then we can take it from there?
