Suddenly, every single Force sensitive being that has ever existed in the universe up to the latest point in the timeline (Legacy) is teleported to Mortis. Sufficient space and requirements are made for beings who don't breath oxygen or can only breathe underwater.
For 24 hours, combat is prohibited. These beings use this time to align themselves into suitable camps related to their respective alignments/factions. After that, everything goes.
What happens?

Implying that Sidious could beat Peak Luke Skywalker, or Luke Skywalker + back up...
Let’s be honest here, obviously all the strongest Dark Siders would want to be the leader, which means that the likes of Valkorion, Darth Krayt, Naga Sadow, Plagueis, Malgus etc which means most of the Sith Top Dogs would be out of commission before the battle with the Jedi even began. Which means that the other top light side Jedi such as Yoda etc could either stomp the weaker Sith left and right, or help GM Luke against Sid. Jedi can’t lose this
Someone like Revan would be able to capitalize on a place like this, he's probably be suitable for a scout role,on top of creaming 99% of the competition.
Though with Luke/Yoda/Mace, and soth infighting they would take it.
If you ignore them and other entity-like beings, and also restrict this to recorded galactic history, the vast majority of Force sensitives were likely pretty weakly so, and didn't join any major Force using faction. In 24 hours they probably won't be able to do much more than just form random alliances with people near them who might share some sort of allegiance to a particular state (aka the Republic). Or they figure that the rules don't require combat at all and they can just all agree to align themselves into one giant unit. Otherwise, they'll likely join the Jedi before, say, the Sith.
Meanwhile, the Jedi will quickly identify and align themselves with one another while the Sith plot ways to kill each other. If the Sith ever manage to unite, they'll presumably go behind Palpatine, but even then they're outnumbered by the Jedi like 100:1, or even more if the others join in. So Jedi win.

Palpatine lets the other Sith Lords to kill themselves and takes their apprentices turning them into his Mortis Prophets.
