Weakest Force user that can defeat an Executor Star Destroyer
The Force user is on the ground, the Executor is in orbit right above it. No TP / attacking the crew directly. Both are aware of one another's location. Use high-end interpretations of SW technology (aka a star destroyer can melt a planetary surface in like an hour).

It's not enough to just be able to pull a non-resisting Executor out of the sky, you also need to survive long enough against its firepower to do so (and overpower its own engines).
