Legends only, without using a general statements? Allright.
Vader was possibly somehow superior to ANH Kenobi, but the fight itself was very equal.
Qui-Gon was obviously inferior to Maul, barely survived their first encounter and needed Kenobi in second, after being left alone he died rather quickly.
So it's something like: Vader >= Kenobi and Maul > Jinn.
After being resurected/cloned by those darkisde prophets, Maul dueled Vader, and they were rather equaly matched, with some Mauls advantage in skill and Vader advantage in raw power in a dark side of The Force (which enabled him to kill Maul).
So, it can be seen as either Maul>=<Vader. With Ben being more or less euqal to Vader and Jinn being clearly inferior to Maul, Jinn aka worst jedi ever is clearly a weak link here. So ANH team takes a majority. But TPM team still has it's small chances.
