Koreans really have a very wide imagination, anyone likes korean horror films? I watch them all the time I just forget the names cuz they're like "Bodishinta" or stuff like that
I recently saw this movie about a girl and her mother move to the girl's mother hometown, and then the girl is possesed by this sicko girl who lived in the town around 20 years ago, and the girl's mother becomes possesed by the sicko's mother... it was really fun but not scary
really?? I saw the original "The Ring" it's a japanese film... it was good but not AS good as the american one... the special effects on the american version were much better than the ones in the japanese version
A Tale of Two Sisters is one of my favourites from Korea.
As for the Japanese Ringu, it will always be better over the remake to me, and as for the effects, the makeup on the ghost/girl WAS better than the horrible remake cgi one.
KOrean cinema is really taking off latily. A little while ago "Sight and Sound" magazne were talking about Korean new waves due to the popularity of the films.
