Cyborg Raiden + Gray Fox vs Obi Wan + Qui Gon (TPM)
Instead of Maul meeting the Jedi on Naboo it's the cyborg ninjas from Metal Gear.
Raiden and Fox are equipped with only their swords. However they are created out of cortosis which means lightsabers cannot cut through them.

Either Obi or Qui Gon would solo. MGS Cyborgs are overrated. Raiden was not impressive at all outside of physical strength, if a guy with peak human speed like Vamp can dance around his attacks than Obi would destroy him
Gray Fox was a bit faster than Raiden but nothing Qui Gon couldn't handle.

I'd agree with you if this was EU Obi Wan or Qui-Gon, but this is from the movie, where they showed painfully human combat speed.
And Vamp is far above peak human considering how effortlessly he blocked bullets and the sheer distance x speed shown in MGS2 when he killed those soldiers.
Gray Fox and Raiden rape.

Vamp at the very best is peak human in speed. The only speed feat he's performed was bullet timing. Running on water had nothing to do with speed, running on walls was retconned to using Van Der Force technology
Vamp never blocked bullets either. When he killed that Navy Seal there was no sound of his knives deflecting the bullets, and it wouldn't make sense for him to try to deflect them anyway since he can regenerate
Peak human at the very best.
