If Kratos can find a method to keep Alucard down then he wins, stats and gears are on another level. Hitting him with his speed+precog and regen could be a test. Still, Alucard hasn't got much to take on Kratos.

Alucard. Unless Kratos' attacks are tailor made to take out this vampire lord, this will be an uphill battle for Kratos. Does he even have bullet time feats cause even Al's normal weapon might be a handful for a guy from his timeline.
I'm not a Hellsing fanboy but clearly most people underestimate Alucard. Kratos clearly isn't a human and has no chance of defeating Alucard without Schrödinger's soul in him. Also he has 3,424,867 souls inside him and he can release them all to rain on Kratos and eat him. Kratos can bleed. Alucard would eat him and make him one of his slaves.
Post-Schrödinger Alucard on the other hand obliterates Kratos in a blink. Why? Because he has Quantum Reality manipulation abilities and anything that has a physical appearance is purely screwed. Not to mention he's omnipresent, he's even present in people's minds.
Kratos stomps the piss out of the whole Hellsingverse. Considering nobody has remotely the speed, strength or anything else to make Kratos even notice them
Schrodinger can only keep him relevant because he can't be killed off. That's it, he's never shown any kind of OPAF reality warping abilities. Stop wanking

Kratos does not have any weapons that can kill Alucard. Alucard is simply cannot be killed. He has regenerated from a pool of blood and from being decapitated, blown to shreds by gunfire, incinerated completely, etc. When damaged to an extreme extent, his body simply turns into a shadow-like substance and reconstitutes. Some says the only way to kill him is to kill every soul he has within him. However, the "soul count" theory is just a theory, and has never been definitively proven, only speculated. One thing that need to be said, in every fight Alucard has he never show the full extend of his powers. Why? cause he prefer long fight battle with his opponent. He crave to fight someone as powerful as him. that is why In many of Alucard's fights he usually stay in open purposely taking damage from his opponent to see how powerful they are. When Alucard see how weak they are he simply obliterate them..
Why Alucard wins this fight? is because Alucard would simply use trickery to ultimately defeat Kratos. Strategy it was gonna lead Alucard to victory.
here a example
Alucard would take everything kratos dish out like how he does in every battle he in. Then when he see of what kratos is capable of, He though on a clever idea. He cast illusions on kratos, fooling him thinking he has kill Alucard. leaving Alucard the open for the kill blow. He would rip kratos heart out from behind with his strength the same kind that he use to tore through Alhambra's card (which that card sliced through a uranium shell at high speed).
Now for kratos vs Alucard post Schrödinger? is without question that kratos is beyond screw. whatever thing that kratos has that could kill Alucard pre-Schrodinger (witch is very unlikely he had) is gone. With Schrodinger ability He speed is limitless as he is outside of time and reality. He can be multiple places at once at the same time witch define of Omnipresence. so... Yeah Kratos lose so badly.
Another factor I think it really important is that both kratos and Alucard has their own way of approaching in battle and tactics. kratos is a warrior with blood-lust fuel with rage. While Alucard is cocky vampire. But, Despite of that. Alucard is more capable observing his opponent physically and mentally and able to come up Strategy defeated them. Kratos however forces only on brutality due to his rage and That would be his downfall. he gonna get so rage to the point he get reckless and Alucard take the advantage of that.
Now before anyone says "Ohh kratos kills gods and titan while Alucard defeat weak human and vampire". Well consider this
Can krato die? Yes. Can Alucard die? No. That the key factor here. Alucard may had not fought gods in his series. But that should not make him a weak character. He has very Destructive powers like Intangibility, Shadow Manipulation, Shape-Shifting, Weather Control, Illusions, Teleportation, Telekinesis, Telepathy, Mind Reading, Mind Control and Hypnosis, Precognition, Summoning, Bloodsucking, Supernatural Sense. and now Omnipresence.
considering Kratos defeated universal beings easily, Kratos would just erase entire hellsingverse from existence so Alucard cannot use his omnipresence power.
meh.... Hellsingverse also is small compared to GoW verse.
I was not aware that kratos can break illusion since I never play the recent game. Now few already mention of destory all the souls alucard has within him or remove them with claws of hades? once again this has never been proven that this is the way of killing Alucard. This just
only speculate.
