RWBY are wandering the forest when suddenly magic! Ruby appears in Equestria, on the edge of Everfree. She's confused and terrified by talking horses and proceeds to start shooting at things, angering the following characters.
Ruby takes on each team one at a time. Nurse Redheart is on standby and fully heals everyone in between matches.

For the purposes of this thread Lyra can be assumed to be more competent than Pumpkin Cake, perhaps on the level of Trixie with less versatility. I really needed an L. >_>

She's also routinely grabbed Rainbow Dash by her tail. She does this so often it's on the MLP drinking game entry on tvtropes.

Rarity's TK lets her rape the weather so hard she can give people frost bite and sunburn back to back and create something akin to a tornado.
Granted, this is her failing to do what she meant to do.

Now I'm a little confused. Not sure who the rest of Rarity's team is, and I still don't have info on Team Hurricane. My initial verdict is still mostly speculation.
Edit: I feel like you (maybe inadvertently) set poor little Ruby up to fail, and that makes me sad. That, or you're just testing her limits, which I would rather believe. But hell, you addressed her opposition as "Team PWNY!"

Strength feats aside, I don't see any of them withstanding a scythe to the face.
And AJ has never to my knowledge gotten a hold of Dash when she's going full tilt. I agree she stops at Hurricane if the ponies play it smart and go full speed from the get go. Otherwise Ruby's dining on lots and lots of Basashi.
In Return of Harmony she caught a Discorded Rainbow Dash with a lasso during the chase.
Hm, Team A.PP.L also contains Pinkie Pie, so that could be a stopping point given the fact that Pinkie is faster than Dash and has demonstrable precognition. Scream, do you realize your OP made Pinkie angry?
I've thought it over a bit, and I'll simply say she stops at Luna.
Ruby can probably keep up with most of them, she possesses comparable striking power, and she's incredibly skilled and well-armed. That said, Luna is cosmic, so that won't last too long, if I'm correct.
Luna has the easiest chance with her weather manipulation.
Pinkie Pie is all over the place with her feats and I'm not sure her speed is admissible, since at times her top speed seems to be a slow hop. While at others(much less so I believe, but I haven't watched the show since Twilight got her wings and EG after that), she's seemingly teleporting all over the place. And her precog is similarly wishy washy.

Trying to instigate more Horse debates. Ruby's limits will be tested here, though. That said, she is not getting past team Hurricane. This isn't to spite her, but to use her as a bench mark so more threads can be made.
Actually some of them do have the durability feats to suggest that they can.

Pinkie's Precog is frequently referenced, and even shows up in the season 4 premier, it's canon, and in EQG she proves to have some form of cosmic awareness.
