 Arkham Batman vs Deathstroke (Arrow)

Batman from Arkham Knight.

VS

Deathstroke from Arrow(CW).

There's two scenarios and each scenario is divided into 2 rounds.

Scenario 1: Normal Slade.

Scenario 2: Mirakuru Slade.

.Round 1: They fights against each other with their standard weapons and gears.

.Round 2: H2H.

The fight takes place inside an abandoned factory.

Who wins and why?
