Ultron (Marvel) Versus Sigma (Capcom)

So, some footage teased for the new Marvel Vs. Capcom iteration shows a silhouette that appears to be an amalgam of Ultron, big bad of the Avengers, and Sigma, lethal viral baddie of the Megaman franchise.

Given the situation, where the two were to find it advantageous to merge, which program would be dominant?

Not sure about Sigma but I heard Ultron is very powerful.

Now that Marvel vs Capcom Infinite is out and the story's been in a few folks hands, I'm returning to this idea. Assuming the two programs hadn't been mutually interested in the same goal, which would take control of the fused form?
