So, two cyborgs fight against each other. They will fight in a City full with people.

Standard versions
Standard gear
No prep
Morals on
No BFR
Death or KO only

Raiden is ludicrously faster than Genos. Genos is more powerful, but it doesn't matter. Raiden would cut him to pieces in a fraction of a second.

Genos has demonstrated MUCH higher speed then Raiden.

He was able to catch up to Saitama (who was holding back), but Saitama was moving much faster then Raiden can keep up with.



It'd definitely be the other way around, its almost humiliating with how much faster Genos is, whereas Raiden is doing things like barely keeping up with a bullet train, and jumping on missiles, which definitely do not move half as fast as Genos was in his fight against Saitama.

Raiden was able to slice this helicopter to dozens of pieces and during this timeframe the surrounding raindrops didn't move at all.
