That's the enormous constructicon we see tossing Optimus at the end of the Teaser. I believe it makes up a part of the upper body of Devastator.

Hahaha. I agree, it seems to have no shape at all. That seems to be what's goin' for the decepticons though, the Autobots had very human forms-like forms.
