Who is the better Character Savage Hulk or Drax the Destroyer
Well there both green, both are very very powerful, both are very durable, both are 7 footers both, weight over 1,000 pounds and when both are angry they are more then a Handful. But Drax has the ability to fly,has powers and can survive in outspace unaided. Plus come on Hulk just wears a par of shorts where Drax has a costume and a Cape.

They have alot more things in common than that:
-Their both green.
-They both wear purple.
-They both HATE Benjy and Thor.
-Hulk is 7'0'' and 1,040 lbs.
-Drax is 7'4'' and 1,500 lbs
-THEY ARE THE 2 DUMBEST MUTHA ****AS IN ALL OF COMICS!
-Neither of them get people's names right (Drax, for example, call Wolverine "The Badger" while Hulk calls Thor "Long-Hair" LOL)
-Altho extremely dumb, both are very good fighters.
-Both have unlimited strength.

Ok so If Drax at his best with the power gem and Enraged by Thanos and The Savage Hulk where at his best where he brought down Onslaught went toe to toe all out who would win?

Oh, u meant physically? Drax even without the Power Gem would easily beat the shit out of any version of the Hulk no matter how mad he is. Even without the power gem, Drax's strength is said to be infinite, he is totally indestructible and doesnt feel pain (much like Classic Juggernaut), and when he fought Thanos originally when they had that planet-destroying battle he didnt have the power gem. Drax with or without the Power Gem beats the shit out of any version of the Hulk. No contest.

I think they are both poor characters who are only ever interesting in supporting roles

I don't know enough about Drax to say one way or the other but I strongly dislike Hulk for pretty much the same reason as Scoob. Plus I think the unlimited strength gimmick is weak.
