One thing that may raise these numbers is his suit. I mean Ironman suite gives him all of his power. Batmans enhances his durablity. So he may get a 3 on durabilty.

Did someone actually give Bruce a 5 in intelligence? Oh my freakin god...have you seen what this guy has done? The man is a 7 at the VERY least, probably an 8.5 on intelligence.
He has feats that are insane for a "normal human".
Well I read that when Batman first started he was a chemist and thats how he got his peak human abilities by some kind of potion not dissimilar to the Super Soliders Cerium.
