...the best stand up comedian/comedienne?

I guess I'd vote for Spidey, but there may be better ones out there.

Peter Parker comes up with some good one-liners.

Punisher. He'd just need writers.

And Parker would suck as a stand-up. He's hilarious, but it's the awkward, stupid humor that's only funny because it's annoying to the bad guys. Now way he could carry a room.
