where the hell is arsenal?...i'm a little behind on Infinite Crisis, but what the hell happen to my boy?...i know what went down with Jade, did i miss something with Harper...someone clue me in

This is Boomerang Jr., Bart Allen's half brother. It was his father that killed Jack Drake but yeah, it's pretty interesting.
