Respect John Henry Irons
John Henry Irons, aka Steel, now has his own respect thread! For those who don't know the man, here's some stats.
John Henry Irons is a man with a genius intellect, and an amazing engineer. He invented his Steel armor as a way to keep the legacy of Superman alive after his death at the hands of Doomsday. Similar to Iron Man, John Henry has modified his suit more than once, making it more powerful. The initial "Man of Steel" design was armed with a wrist-mounted rivet gun and the sledgehammer (such as used by his namesake John Henry) that was ubiquitous for most of his designs. His hammer hits harder the farther it is thrown and has an onboard guidance system. The original design on his breastplate featured a metal version of Superman's "S" insignia in tribute to the (temporarily) deceased hero, which Irons removed after the return of the "real" Man of Steel. A later design incorporated a similar, but different, "S" symbol. John also used the Aegis armor, and with it he could enlarge himself to giant size, had god-like strength, and could fire blasts of energy that could reduce a target to it's composite elements. However, the Aegis made him very violent, and was slowly erasing his soul.
John is a hero through and through, and deserves some respect. I don't have any feat scans myself, but here's some cool shot.

Steel's durability is pretty good. This is the first version of his armor.
It was forced into space (within seconds) while battling the Eradicator, and then forced back into the atmosphere's reentry crash landing with a superman level character adding momentum to him.
Neither Steel nor Erad was KO'd by this.

Here is Steel caught under a Steel press and bringing down the factory. This is also after his battle with Eradicator with his suit on low power.

I'd say this puts him in the low 100 strength class.

Dc 1 million: dude is so smart he builds a time machine in a matter of hours, with help of course, but when shit hit the fan on earth he wahted to leave to go help his own family but they had to rebuke him into staying and building it....oh and the machine actually grew up to be solaris, so in essence John Henry Irons is the one who built Solaris....

Then you shouldn't come in here and tells us that. Every character is a rip-off of another if you look at closelsy. They use the same character a couple of times. Marvel and DC are ripping eachother off. Galactus/Darkseid, Superman/Sentry and so and so. And you should keep negative comments out a respect thread. Thanks you very much.

Steel in a Colossus like form.
Luthor made him into this, and he was going to get back at Luthor by killing him.
Here, he takes bullets to no effect, he then fires them back. He gets punched from behind by Natasha (upgraded by Luthor), no effect. He gets punched through buildings, and the only thing that affects him, is when he got stabbed, and coughed up blood, but is back to normal when he gets punched again.
Anyway, here he doesn't want to fight his niece, but she wants to get back at him, because of him making her make her own armour, and him shutting down her previous one.
