Plots that just need to be fricking RETIRED already

Ever since Frank Miller, poor Daredevil has been plagued by 'psycho girlfriend' syndrome. Elektra, Typhoid Mary, Echo. If they're not psychos trying to kill him, then they're dead. This plot just needs to be RETIRED already.

Nightcrawler is the son of the devil and Mystique/Polaris is magneto's daughter/Space pirate is cyclops' dad/Juggernaut is charles brother they are running out of characters to mate and the list goes on and on and on!

The character/mega-villan that goes on a murderous ramage, taking many heroes to bring them down - but are they killed? NO. They just lock them away, so we have to wait until they get out and go on another spree. The Latest Case: Superboy Prime. Why is he locked up and being watched? The Green Lanterns were given the authority to use lethal force on him in the climatic fight.
