cyclops [i think with his eye beams im not sure if counts]

Hmmm... DC DOEs have some truly bad ass street levellers, EG Batgirl (Cassie), Shiva (if she counts as she isnt TOTALLY Batman etc), Batman, Nightwing, Robin and Wildcat...

That brings up an intereting question - IS spider-man truly street-level? I mean, he fights as street level often enough, but....

Come on now, he is class 10 which isn't exactly amazing, but is well above almost all the other street levelers which are "peak human," he has superhuman speed and agility, far beyond "street level," and if that weren't enough, Pre-cognition. I'm not so sure.... confused
