Deadpool Advice

I just downloaded a collection of Deadpool's appearances. I'm trying to get a pretty good feel for the character without reading every single comic he's ever been in. I really don't want to read 20 issues of X-Force to end up with 10 pages of Deadpool. That being said, here's a list of the comics I have of him, though I don't know in what order I should read them (from earliest appearance to last). If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.

Agent X
Cable & Deadpool
Deadpool
Deadpool - Circle Chase
Identity Crisis
Deadpool Limited
X Force
Contest of Champions
Exiles
Deadpool Limited 1-4

DP’s solo series are the best reads to get a good feeling of personality and background and Cable & DP for the current info on him would be the first for me.
