Kingdom Come Connections

There seems to be more and more connections between current DC continuity and that of Kingdom Come so I figured I'd start a thread to talk about them.

Here's the ones I can think of off the top of my head:
1. Arsenal being called Red Arrow in JLA
2. Captain Atom being drawn in his KC costume in his Armageddon mini
3. The Flash having absorbed the speed force
4. Starman in the new JSA

I don't know what these mean, but I figured I'd just throw that out there. Feel free to add any I've missed.
