Depends on the level of power. Generally speaking, until you get to the top tier, most PC users trump reality warpers. As for which I'd have, probably PC.

It's not likely that most people can handle the top tier of reality warping. I mean, look at what happened to MJJ.

its like that old comic book adage..... "technology so advanced its indistinguishable from magic" i believe its the same thing with PC and warping...warping is one thing but once your a PC weilder and you're top tier, it will almost resemble wholesale reality warping. But IMO warping is more user friendly
