How powerful was Alex Luthor?

How powerful do you all think Alexander Luthor Jr. was during IC, once he began toying with the cosmos?

What being(s) would be comparable to his power at that time?

That's it?

Alex Luthor was rearranging the Universe like a checker board.

He was bringing back planets, merging them, and destroying them like they were nothing.

When he was killed by a pistol, and apparently beat down by Nightwing, you have to remember this was after he had expended his energy.

Alex Luthor seemed really powerful actually..

No, I am only curious about how powerful Alex was at the height of his power, (eg. when he bagan toying with the Universe).

so Prior to expending his energy, and from the loss of his energy due to the tower's destruction?

I think its pretty self explanatory, he was reshaping the multiverse with his hands, he was creating universes.

My question is whom you think his power at this level would have been comparable to?
